Cette \u00e9valuation repose sur plusieurs param\u00e8tres cl\u00e9s :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Analyse de la <strong>mobilit\u00e9 articulaire et de la souplesse<\/strong> musculo-tendineuse :<em> une mobilit\u00e9 restreinte, notamment au niveau des hanches, du rachis lombaire ou des chevilles, peut limiter l\u2019amplitude du p\u00e9dalage et favoriser l\u2019apparition de compensations posturales (Bailey et al., 2003).<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tests de <strong>force musculaire<\/strong> et d\u2019\u00e9quilibre postural : <em>un d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre de force entre les groupes musculaires agonistes et antagonistes peut affecter l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 biom\u00e9canique du p\u00e9dalage et augmenter le risque de surcharge articulaire (Bini &amp; Hume, 2015).<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prise en compte des <strong>ant\u00e9c\u00e9dents m\u00e9dicaux et des adaptations post-chirurgicales <\/strong>: <em>les ant\u00e9c\u00e9dents orthop\u00e9diques influencent la r\u00e9partition des charges et n\u00e9cessitent des ajustements sp\u00e9cifiques pour minimiser les contraintes sur les segments vuln\u00e9rables (Fonda et al., 2012).<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adaptation <strong>en fonction du niveau et des objectifs<\/strong> du cycliste : <em>la position finale est d\u00e9termin\u00e9e selon les exigences sp\u00e9cifiques du cycliste, qu\u2019il s\u2019agisse d\u2019am\u00e9liorer le confort sur de longues distances, d\u2019optimiser l\u2019a\u00e9rodynamisme en comp\u00e9tition, ou de r\u00e9duire la contrainte articulaire en cas de pathologie pr\u00e9existante (Van der Linden et al., 2018).<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces donn\u00e9es permettent de d\u00e9finir une position optimale et personnalis\u00e9e, bas\u00e9e sur les caract\u00e9ristiques fonctionnelles du cycliste et ses objectifs.
